Over time the paintwork on you’re vehicles can become damaged, marred and lacking the clarity it once had.
If no protection has been applied to the paintwork, Trims or Wheels, this damage can be caused by something as simple as washing.
Following a full decontamination of the paintwork consisting of:
Pre-Wash,
Wheel clean (Including insdie of rims),
A Decon Shampoo (used to strip old waxes and synthetic sealants),
Iron / Tar Removal,
Clay Bar to remove any remaining contamintion on the paintwork.
Machine Polishing
After the vehicle has been through the decontamintion stage, any plastic trims / other trims, will be masked up ready for machining.
Once the paintwork has been polished and refined, it will then be taken back outside and given a pressure wash to remove any polishing dust from the vehicle, before its taken back inside to be dried using a microfibre drying towel, aswell as the wheels and tires dressed and the door jambs dried.
What can you then use to protect the paintwork after its been machine polished
we can discuss with you, either you would like to go down the Ceramic route or have us apply a wax to your vehicle.
Waxes will typically last anywhere from 3-6months if not longer, but will need to be reapplied to keep it protected. This all depends on a number of factors, from weather conditions, is it garaged? or is it a show car, just to name a few.
Ceramic coatings on the other hand last from 1-5 years, are more expensive to waxes, but offer a more superior protection. Your car will stay cleaner for longer, it’s easier to clean.
If you like waxing your own vehicle on the weekends, or when you have time off, then having us apply a wax will allow you to continue to wax the vehicle.
If we apply a Ceramic Coating to your paintwork, it won’t need polishing for 1-5 years depending on which coating you go for.
To determine the most suitable service, we need to inspect the vehicle’s paintwork and review the condition. Please contact us to arrange an appointment
